Why a flat fee instead of a percentage?
Coaching is a high-trust, high-margin business. The moment we take a slice of every invoice, we're aligned with your gross — not your craft. Flat fee keeps us aligned with making the tool you actually want to use.
What counts as an "active client"?
A client you've billed, scheduled a session with, or marked active in the last 90 days. Archived and paused clients don't count against your limit, and there's no fee to keep their history.
Do I need Stripe?
Only if you want Sydekyck to handle billing. You can absolutely keep using your existing invoicing — every other feature still works. Connecting Stripe takes about 4 minutes.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes. CSV, vCard, Calendly, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or our concierge import for Mastermind customers. Your historic session notes come over too if they're in any standard format.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export everything — clients, sessions, notes, invoices — as JSON or CSV at any time, with no friction or paywall. Your data is yours; we just make it useful while you're here.
Is there a trial?
Yes — 14 days, every Practice-tier feature on, no card required. Most coaches make the call by day 4.
Do you offer a discount for coaches working pro-bono?
We do. If you coach pro-bono more than 25% of your roster — for nonprofits, students, or community programs — write to hello@sydekyck.com and we'll make it work.
